Welcome to Wee House
Wee House is a beautifully appointed cottage (dating back to the 16th century), in the heart of West Looe, with accommodation set over three floors.
The property is great base for both families & couples, looking to stay within walking distance of the harbour and all of the amenities that West & East Looe offer – from first-class fish & seafood restaurants, to its wide, sandy beach and iconic ‘Banjo Pier’.

On the ground floor is the living space – a well-equipped kitchen for those family meals with local ingredients picked up from the shops around the harbour and quaint streets. A dining room, to enjoy what you’ve rustled up in the kitchen, seats the whole family and leads through to a wonderful lounge, packed with both character & comfort for quiet nights in watching a movie on the Smart TV.
On the first floor, a twin room with bunk beds, and a separate single bedroom, is next door to the family bathroom which is equipped with a corner bath & shower over.
On the second floor, the master bedroom with a king-size bed – a hideaway for the parents or perfect when couples are renting the cottage on their own.
Parking & Local Amenities
You can drop off and pick up right at the front door. There’s parking on West Looe Quay (pay & display) just 150 metres away. If you are parking for longer periods, just over 500 metres away is the main ‘Mill Pool’ carpark, with weekly parking passes available. 100 metres away from the cottage are two well-stocked general shops. Local cafes, shops, bars & restaurants are just a few steps beyond – and our own ‘local’ the Jolly Sailor Inn, dating back over 500 years. The passenger ferry from West Looe quay takes you across the fishing harbour to East Looe where the main shopping area is located, as well as the Town’s sandy beach and departure point for local boat trips.
