Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars are all just steps away; Looe’s famous harbour a stone’s throw….and the wide sandy beach, just 200 metres away. You really couldn’t be better located for your Cornish holiday.

For all your holiday supplies, you have a well-stocked CoOp just across the street, fresh fish & shellfish from our quayside fishmongers as well as two shops just a few steps away selling a host of Cornish delights. But of course, you’re on holiday so you might choose to dine out every night, and with Looe’s buzzing dining scene, you could eat somewhere different every night of the week from fine dining to fish & chips.

Three Floors Of Spacious Accommdoation

The front door on Fore Street leads up to the first floor, where there is a well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and a beautiful dining room table that seats 8 people. In the lounge for your entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV and a big wooden trunk with a selection of board games for those rainy days.

There is also a laundry room located a couple of steps from the kitchen, where you will find an abundance of beach necessities, including buckets & spades, windbreaks, umbrellas, ice box, crab buckets and nets.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a double, queen and a twin that can be made into a superking bedroom on request. There is a bathroom on this floor which has a shower, full size bath, WC and wash basin. All bedrooms have linen and towels provided.

The top floor is entirely taken by a king size bedroom and a full bathroom, with a large rain shower, deep bath, WC and wash basin.  The bedroom has a velux window and blackout blind with views across to the estuary and Looe bridge.
