Perfectly Appointed & Equipped
The Dawn is perfectly appointed to provide fantastically comfortable accommodation for both adults & families. Two double bedrooms (which can be configured as super king double or twin beds) are great for couples & singles. Bunk beds in the third room, ideal for younger family members joining you on your Cornish adventure. There are two bathrooms, a wet room and a family bathroom.
The well appointed open-plan living space has comfortable seating and Sky Glass Smart TV – but who needs TV when the lounge leads out to the panoramic balcony with Looe opening up before you!
The kitchen & dining area have everything you need with a breakfast bar & dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Year-Round Comfort
With gas central heating, the Dawn is also great for autumn & winter escapes (and one of your four-legged friends is welcome to join you too). Being just feet from the SW Coast Path you can walk right from the front door to enjoy a walk to Polperro, or east from Looe towards Millendreath & Seaton.
…and if staying over Christmas & New Year, you have the very best seat in the house for Looe’s famous NYE firework displays, set off from the Banjo Pier below.
