About Us
The Bay Talland is a family run luxury holiday community on the south Cornwall coast. Set within private, fully managed grounds, it is home to around 40 beautifully appointed holiday cottages, each thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation and unhurried coastal living.
Our collection includes beautifully styled holiday homes with sea views and private hot tubs, alongside a selection of pet friendly properties. Ideal for couples, families and groups, The Bay Talland offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to the beach and the South West Coast Path. The charming villages of Polperro and Looe are both within walking distance, with the nearest beach just a short stroll from your door.
Location
Our cottages are tucked among rolling green hills on a clifftop beside the sea. The Bay Talland spans 11 acres of private grounds, offering panoramic coastal views across sparkling waters and secluded coves along the south Cornwall coast.
You do not have to travel far to enjoy the sea. The South West Coast Path begins just steps from your cottage, leading to the quiet cove of Talland Bay in under ten minutes. It is an ideal spot for swimming and rock pooling. Continue along the path to reach the picturesque fishing village of Polperro, while the bustling seaside town of Looe lies in the opposite direction.

Our Facilities
Our extensive on site facilities are available exclusively to guests. The leisure complex includes a 12m x 6m indoor swimming pool, an outdoor plunge pool, a well equipped gym, modern changing rooms and a large sauna seating up to eight people. Selected holiday homes are also equipped with EV chargers for guests travelling by electric vehicle.
There is also a spacious lounge area and outdoor terrace where guests can relax throughout the day. For added indulgence, relaxing massage and beauty treatments can be arranged at a time to suit you.
A small shop located within the reception building offers a carefully selected range of essentials from local suppliers, including tea, coffee, jam, honey, fresh bread, baked goods, wine and beer.
