Coastal Location
The Bay Talland is located 30 minutes west of Plymouth conveniently between Looe and Polperro in Cornwall. There are two principal beaches in Talland Bay. The one to the west has sand at both high and low tides and is perfect for swimming at times. To the east, there is a smaller, less sandy beach perfect for rockpooling.
Our site is perfectly located which means you are able to easily explore all that Cornwall has to offer such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Pendennis Castle, The Eden Project, The Tate St Ives and Land’s End.
The seaside town of Looe (just a 5-minute drive or a half-hour coastal walk away) still has a functioning fishing port and offers year-round entertainment to its guests. Before enjoying a meal of fresh seafood at a nearby restaurant, stand on the quayside in the evening and watch the fishing boats return.
The Town takes great pleasure in its fresh food, so whether you choose award-winning fish and chips by the sea or upscale restaurants with harbour views, you won’t be disappointed.

Our Facilities
The Bay Talland is a private, gated and fully-managed community just a short stroll from the shore.
With extensive on-site facilities, it’s an ideal location from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. The leisure complex is open exclusively for our guests to enjoy. It features a beautiful 12m x 6m indoor pool, an outdoor plunge pool, a gym and changing rooms, plus a large sauna that can seat up to 8 people. It also boasts a spacious lounge area and terrace where guests can relax and unwind throughout the day.
Relaxing massage and beauty appointments are also available to be arranged at a time to suit you.
New for summer 2023, we will be launching a small shop in our reception building which will offer a small range of essentials from local suppliers including tea, coffee, jam, honey, fresh bread, baked goods, wine and beer.
