Lounge with sea and country views. HD 40″ smart TV with HD freesat. Fully insulated. Economy electric heating for cooler weather and an air exchange unit providing constant clean air into the property, (Ideal for asthma and hay fever sufferers and purifying air from pet odours). Outside a BBQ is also provided.
Bed linen is an optional extra £25 per bed set. We provide quilts and pillows. £15 electricity card provided for a full weeks stay, which is usually enough without heating. Cards available on site (cards from £5). Parking is in the private car park in the valley approx 100 metres away after unloading at foot of villa steps. There is a parking meter to pay; £20 for a week.
Great Location
There are coastal paths, countryside and woodland walks from the valley, ideal for dog walkers and ramblers. Millendreath has a beach bar, cafe, seasonal kayak, paddle board hire and also has a jetty from which to go crabbing or enclosed bathing at high tide.
There are steps up to the properties, please take this into account before booking. Up to 3 dogs welcome free of charge.
