Quayside Haven has been fully refurbished and is furnished and equipped with every attention to detail & can accommodate up to six guests. The property has been awarded the prestigious Gold Award by Visit England.

There is a free reserved parking space in the Millpool carpark, literally a 5 minute walk away and one garage space on site for a small car only.

Fantastic Facilities

Accommodation comprises an open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with fully fitted kitchen including microwave, electric oven and hob, extractor, slimline dishwasher and fridge with freezer box. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample crockery etc.

There is plenty of soft seating in the lounge area with one of the sofas converting into a double sofa bed. There is a 43″ Smart TV and WIFI. The dining table and chairs are collapsible to enable the best use of space.

The bedrooms are a double and a twin room all with solid oak bed frames and good quality mattresses. Both rooms have hanging and drawer storage. Provided is bedding, bed linen and towels, T towels and oven mitt. A modern shower room with large shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

Perfectly Positioned

The fishing harbour, beach and Looe’s numerous cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs are all on the doorstep. This is a perfect base for exploring Looe and the beautiful surrounding areas of Cornwall.

One well behaved pet is welcome (please note there is no private outside space). Pets must not be left alone in the property and must be on a lead in the communal areas. Non Smoking premises.
