Polperro Beach House is a waterfront property on the picturesque harbour of Polperro built in the early 20th century where a lime kiln once stood.
Owned since the 1970’s by a local family that can trace their roots back to the smuggling days of 18th century Polperro. In fact, in the nearby Heritage Museum there lies a sword once owned by one of their ancestors, believed to have been killed by a cannonball from a revenue cutter off Polperro in 1802.
Fully renovated as recently as 2021 the property has 2 bedrooms, one with harbour views and the other backing onto a small narrow street aptly named “The Warren” which leads to the outer harbour, cliffs and coastal path.

The living room has a lovely seating area with superb views across the harbour, at high tide you can almost reach out and touch the water.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hob and oven, washing machine, tall fridge/freezer, microwave and even a bean to cup coffee machine.
