Opened in 2026, Palm Lodge is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom property, set within the grounds of Palm Court – an oasis of calm & tranquility, a short stroll into the harbour village of Polperro.
The Lodge combines the warmth of a ranch-style cabin with the breezy sophistication of New England or The Hamptons. Beautiful curated interiors feature soft textures, a striking antler chandelier and a surprising canoe suspended from the ceiling all bring unique character to the wood panelled living room. A nod to our love for Americana and to the iconic aesthetic of Ralph Lauren’s interiors.
Fantastic Facilities
The open-plan living area is the heart of the lodge. Curl up on the sofa for snug evenings in by the log burner. The underfloor heating throughout will keep you perfectly cosy. For those slow mornings or chilled nights in there’s a vinyl collection with a record player to soundtrack your stay with us. For modern convenience, the lodge is also equipped with Sonos sound throughout and WiFi
Palm Lodge has a fully fitted kitchen complete with air fryer and everything you need for easy entertaining. A wet room bathroom adds a touch of spa-like luxury, while the two comfortable double bedrooms offer peaceful spaces to unwind. The lodge also features a secret mezzanine level, perfect for an extra guest or a quiet reading nook tucked beneath the eaves.
Step onto your private south-facing balcony, where you can sip morning coffee or evening glass of wine overlooking the gardens, woodland complemented by the continuous sound of the running stream below.

Palm Lodge is your own little slice of comfort, style, and seclusion. Designed for switching off and sinking in. And if you’re travelling with a larger group of friends or family, Palm Court (accommodating up to 12, in six bedrooms) can be rented concurrently.
