Our Refurbished Bedrooms
Welcome to the OXOX Restaurant with rooms, in the very heart of Polperro, just steps away from the harbour.
We offer four ensuite rooms, completely refurbished in 2025 with new beds, mattresses, linens and towels.
Our attic room has a village view and is located at the front of the building, rooms 3, 4 and 6 have a view over the River Pol which runs directly at the back of the building.
There is a private entrance to our rooms for guests. The rooms offer tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water and flat screen TVs, and all rooms have private ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers, hairdryers and free toiletries.
Room Prices & Reservations
Our four double ensuite rooms are available for bookings at via Email with special pricing at £85 per room, per night, for our attic room and room 6. £95 per room per night for rooms 3 and 4. This pricing is for direct bookings only (you can also reserve via Booking.Com – where prices are higher to reflect the fees we are charged).
Dogs are permitted on request.
Guests can book our restaurant which is open Wednesdays through Saturday evenings from 6pm. See menus here on our website.
There are several other local places for guests to eat Sundays through Tuesdays when OXOX Restaurant is closed.
Polperro On Your Doorstep
Guests staying with at OXOX Restaurant With Rooms will be able to enjoy all the activities Polperro has to offer – just a few steps away. The fabulous SW Coast Path, hiking, fishing, crabbing, wild swimming and boat trips all available within minutes of walking out the front door
There are a host of great local cafes for guests to enjoy breakfast at their leisure as the Village wakes up each morning.
