Moonlight Cottage was fully renovated in 2023 and is in a great location, just yards from the East Looe end of the bridge and harbour; and a short stroll to the cafes, shops, restaurants, and pubs.

The property has been in the family for many years and has been lovingly renovated to a modern and stylish space whilst retaining many original features of the building.

The cottage  is entered via an attractive sunroom that has views over the river. On the ground floor of the property are a good-sized dining room with a beautiful wooden table and comfortable chairs. The kitchen is to the rear of the cottage and is all newly fitted and well-equipped including double ovens, a halogen hob, an extractor, and a fridge and freezer, there is also a utility room with a washer drier and a downstairs wc. Finally on the ground floor is the comfortably furnished lounge area with flat screen Smart TV.

Upstairs are two beautiful bedrooms and the newly fitted shower room. Both bedrooms are a good size with king-size beds and the second bedroom also has a single bed with a trundle bed under so can sleep two adults and two children. There are Smart TVs in each of the bedrooms for snuggly evenings and lazy mornings. The lovely new shower room has a large shower cubicle with a mixer rain shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Perfect Location

Moonlight Cottage has been lovingly renovated and with its central location, it is a perfect base for a holiday exploring the delights of this part of Cornwall. There is a furnished patio to the front of the cottage and a small balcony off the master bedroom.

Moonlight Cottage welcomes one well behaved small or non moulting dog.

Parking is available in the Millpool car park which is just the other side of the bridge and costs around £25 for a week. The property is a short walk from the train station in Looe.
