All cottages are family-friendly and dog-friendly, and Heather Barn is fully wheelchair accessible (NAS M3a). There is ample parking with each cottage.
Kernock offers both a luxury stay on-site in tranquil surroundings, and an excellent launch point for walks, discovery, and activities across Cornwall. Our reviews are here. Dogs can run and explore in “Central Bark”, our renowned 6-acre on-site secure dog walking area. Each cottage has a secure garden and a warm doggy shower. Kernock has both eV and TESLA charging facilities. The estate operates on sustainable energy sources including biomass heating, borehole water and solar electricity.
Perfect Cornish Location
Kernock is situated in South East Cornwall and it’s just a 1km walk to the village pub in Pillaton. There’s so much to do locally – beautiful beaches, Dartmoor/Bodmin Moor, river walks, National Trust and Plymouth attractions all within 10 miles. Coastal villages Looe and Polperro and the Rame Head peninsula (Cornwall’s forgotten corner) are within 20 minutes. Further afield are the North Cornwall attractions of Bude, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock, Padstow and Newquay.

Is a spacious (1000 sq ft) award-winning single-storey accessible holiday cottage of the highest standard. The cottage is all on one level, so is perfect for the less mobile guest, for wheelchair users and for toddlers. It has underfloor heating and 2 en-suite bedrooms (each of the super-kingsize beds can be split into twins).

Built in 1830, Tree Barn is a conversion into a light and airy cottage facing into the valley. It is on two levels, with a rustic cosiness and 2 en-suite bedrooms (one can be split into twins).
