There is a spacious first floor living room with patio door to a balcony with views of the sea, Looe Bay and Looe Island beyond.
A 40” TV, DVD player, Bluetooth soundbar and WiFi – for all the entertainment you need for evenings together watching your favourite movie.
The first floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite shower room. There is a ground floor double bedroom with king sized bed, a twin-bedded room and family bathroom with separate shower, bath, and WC. There is also a nursery with travel cot, high chair, and a range of toys and books.
There is a large bright triple-aspect kitchen-diner with doors opening onto a sun deck. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a tumble dryer provided.
Outside Space & Parking
Outside there is a sun deck with a range of garden furniture, and a small lawn with brick BBQ. Off-street parking for three cars.
It is possible to walk into Looe in about 20- 25 minutes along the coast path. Alternatively, it is about a 10 minute drive. The beach at Plaidy with its rock pools is just 5 minutes walk away, and Millendreath beach is 5 minutes in the opposite direction.
No pets. No smoking in the house.
