Roly’s Fudge was founded in 1987 by Peter and Lindsey Riley. Lindsey found her grandma’s old recipe book which had her very own fudge recipe inside. They managed to find an old traditional copper pan in an antiques shop and soon after they opened their first Roly’s Fudge Pantry in the West Country.
This very same recipe is still used to this day by Shelley and Matt in their Looe shop. Every single chunk of fudge is freshly made by hand and poured out on to Marble slabs right before your eyes. You can’t get fresher than that!
We have no secret kitchens and absolutely no factory fudge.
Come & see us make it, it’s fun ! … we even make vegan fudge which is accredited by the Vegan Society and delicious fudge sauce to drizzle on ice cream.
We individually wrap all of our gift bags and boxes by hand to take home and have a choice of fudge flavours on our counter to treat yourselves.
