On February 27th – Welcome to Looe & Polperro is staging the 2nd ‘Leaflet Exchange’ event, taking place at the Portbyhan Hotel in West Looe.
Come & meet more than 30 local businesses!
What Is The Event About?
Businesses who provide a service, organise an event, run an activity or provide a product for the Tourism & Hospitality sector, will each have a table from which you can meet one of their team and collect information.
Aimed at attracting owners & managers from the accommodation sector, anyone is welcome to attend if they are having friends & family visiting them or would like more information themselves as a local resident.
For those businesses attending, it is a networking opportunity too and we look forward to welcoming as many people as possible so that we can build upon the success of the inaugural event in 2025.

The event is sponsored by Welcome to Looe & Polperro and supported by the Portbyhan Hotel and is completely FREE.
Whether you’re are having a table, or just coming along to collect some leaflets & information, there’s no charge.

Where Is The Event Taking Place?
The event is being hosted by the Portbyhan Hotel which is located on the quayside in West Looe.
There’s nearby pay & display parking along West Looe Quay (just a few steps away) or at the Millpool Car park (just 5 mins walk).
When & What Time?
The event takes place on Friday 27th February from 11am until 2pm – and you are welcome to reserve a table for a bite to eat in the Portside Brasserie and the bar will be open throughout.
