We run a climbing wall at The Old Sardine Factory in West Looe which is suitable for beginners and the more experienced climber, looking for a quiet indoor wall to practice and enhance their skills. Our instructors are on hand to guide and support even the most nervous climbers.

Adventure Fit Southwest hold a licence with the Adventure Activity Licensing Authority (AALA), and are accredited to British Canoeing, British Mountaineering Council, and are fully insured. Our aim, is to let you have fun, make you laugh and for you to make memories that will last a lifetime.

The guided river trips are extremely popular all year round, travelling along the West Looe river in tandem sit on a Kayak, Canoe or Paddleboard, where there is an abundance of wildlife to be seen. The trips have even been recommended in the Sunday Times Travel Magazine.
