The Copley Arms is a fantastic riverside pub, 5 minutes from the beaches at Seaton and Downderry. With stone walls, beamed ceilings and cosy corners throughout, it’s the perfect location for dining with friends, family or intimate evenings for two! We pride ourselves on serving fantastic food and drink with a strong emphasis on local produce and offering our locals and out of town guests genuine hospitality. With fires throughout and large riverside gardens the pub is perfect for all seasons.

We recommend booking a table as the restaurant can become very busy particularly in the evenings and at weekends. We are dog friendly throughout the pub and restaurant.

Alfresco Dining
We have a wonderful riverside, sun-trap patios, where you can watch the River Seaton roll by. Our full menu is available outside, we do not take bookings for our garden tables, these are on a first come first served basis.
Rooms
Our 8 bedrooms, 5 above the pub and 3 in our cottage. All are ensuite, individually styled and provide a calm space to relax and unwind, with everything you need for a coastal staycation, family break or romantic getaway. All rooms include free wifi, smart televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and Bramley toiletries.
